How it all STARTED
Therapeutic Tax Solutions was founded by Alicia Bishop, an accountant with over a decade of experience serving small business owners nationwide.
Alicia started her career determined to help entrepreneurs who felt left in the dark by traditional accountants. Too many entrepreneurs were filing taxes once a year, panicking over surprise bills, behind on sending invoices, and hoping their spreadsheets added up.

Chad is a licensed Enrolled Agent and the head of our Tax Department. With a background in Computer Engineering and nearly a decade as a Financial Manager, he specializes in tax strategy for HVAC contractors and multi-state businesses.
He’s a member of the National Association of Enrolled Agents (NAEA) and the North Carolina Society of Enrolled Agents, ensuring our firm stays on top of ever-changing tax laws and opportunities for our clients.
